Should Donovan Atwell have stayed in the NBA?

For BullsRoundtable, I wrote about why I thought the Bulls should've signed Donovan Atwell to a two-way contract after he shot so well in the Summer League. Instead, he's headed back to Texas Tech.

What do you think? This is obviously great for Texas Tech, but I can't help but wonder if Atwell would've been better off staying in the NBA than trying to get drafted next year as a 23-year-old.
