ARLINGTON, Texas - The No. 4 Texas Tech Red Raiders are in the midst of their greatest college football season ever ... And I predict it's about to get even greater.
Tech and No. 11 BYU clash Saturday in the Big 12 Championship Game at AT&T Stadium here in Arlington with the Red Raiders favored by two touchdowns.

ITEM 1 - The 11-1 Red Raiders have virtually clinched their spot in the College Football Playoff. ... but they hunger for more.
And given that they pretty much blow out everybody they've played - including this same BYU team from a month ago by a 29-7 score - it's fair to predict they'll do it again.
Given that BYU is also 11-1, the Cougars have clearly feasted on lesser foes. We don't see that happening here.
