The Green Wave has one new hire and seven promotions.

The Tulane Green Wave has announced a set of promotions and one new hire within its athletic department, according to Tulane Ben Weiner Director of Athletics Chair David Harris.

Cruise Dunn has been hired as the Assistant Athletic Director and Head Football Athletic Trainer. The department has also confirmed that seven individuals have received promotions, including Rachel Bruce, Jonathan Currie, Isabel Housman, Kelsey McHugh, Maddie Wadkins, Josh Fellows and Ashley Jacobs. 

Dunn joins the Green Wave after six years with the Southeastern Louisiana Lions in his hometown of Hammond. Prior to this, he was a graduate assistant athletic trainer with the Florida State Seminoles.

Bruce has spent the past two years as Assistant Director of Creative Services in Uptown, and she now takes over the role of Director of Creative Services (Graphic Design). She's a New Orleans native who chose to return home after graduating as a Tennessee Volunteer. 

Currie has been promoted to Director of Equipment for Olympic Sports after spending four years managing athletic gear for multiple programs at Tulane. He previously served as both an Associate and Assistant Director of Equipment and is a Green Wave alum. 

Housman has worked her way up within the athletic department at Tulane. She started in the Equipment unit as an undergraduate unit in February 2020, and she now takes on the roll of Director of Business Operations. She graduated with her Master's from Tulane's Freeman School of Business in December 2025.

McHugh has been in New Orleans since July 2021, and she now takes on the roll of Tulane's Director of Video and Broadcasting. She's been an important part of creating quality digital and video content for the Green Wave.

Wadkins is another New Orleans native, and she has been promoted to Director of Facility and Event Management. Her primary responsibilities so far have included overseeing operations for Tulane baseball, assistant with operations for Green Wave football and managing the Wilson Athletics Building, as well as participating in major projects and facility enhancements.

Fellows is stepping into a new role as the Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning. He has served as an assistant coach for Tulane since fall 2024 and has spent time with the Georgia Bulldogs, Liberty Flames and Louisville Cardinals. 

Jacobs is the new Associate Director for NCAA Compliance after spending the past two years as the Assistant Director for NCAA Compliance. She made previous stops with the Jackson State Tigers and Mississippi College Choctaws. Jacobs is also local to the area as a Gretna native.
