The Green Wave is undefeated in American Conference play.

The Tulane Green Wave's historic season on the volleyball court is growing more incredible by the day.

The Green Wave took down the UAB Blazers 3-1 at Avron B. Fogelman Arena in the Devlin Fieldhouse on Saturday afternoon, picking up its 10th straight victory and moving to 14-2 overall, including a perfect 6-0 in American Conference play. Aside from a slip-up in the second set, the team was utterly dominant over the visiting Blazers.

Tulane wasted little time in setting the tone, rolling to a 25-14 win in the first set of the afternoon.

Though the team had all of the momentum, things would prove to be a bit more challenging in the second set. UAB came out with a vengeance, and Tulane struggled to overcome a few mistakes against a red-hot Blazers squad. The Olive Green and Sky Blue posted a -0.32 hitting percentage, compared to UAB's mark of .400, and ultimately fell 25-9.

The home team would seal the deal in the fourth set, which would ultimately be its best performance of the match. The Green Wave hit an impressive .542 in the set, holding UAB to a .107 hitting percentage and claiming the 25-11 win to secure the match victory.

Tulane continued to see some well-rounded, team-focused performances from its top players. As it stands now, Tulane is tied with the Tulsa Golden Hurricane with a league-best 6-0 conference record, but Tulsa's overall mark of 14-3 puts them just a step behind the Green Wave.

Up next, Tulane will head to the Sunshine State for a pair of road matches. The Green Wave will take on the Florida Atlantic Owls (11-6, 4-2) on Friday, Oct. 16th, at 5 p.m. before traveling to face the South Florida Bulls (4-12, 3-3) on Sunday, Oct. 18th, at noon.
