The Daytona News-Journal created its 105-man roster of all-time UCF greats, and five quarterbacks across Knights history graced the All-FBS team since the program joined the FBS 30 years ago.
Many talented quarterbacks have stepped foot on campus in Orlando. Some have made program history, putting UCF on the map, and have been drafted by the NFL, representing the Black and Gold.
The Knights' All-FBS team is not limited to players who finished their collegiate careers in Orlando. Transfers and players who did not finish their career at UCF made the News-Journal's 105-man roster.
Monday's list will focus on the five quarterbacks who made the News-Journal's All-FBS team.
Daunte Culpepper, Starter
Culpepper arrived at UCF in 1995 and rewrote every record previously held by Darin Slack. He set the NCAA single-season record for completion percentage at 73.6%, breaking a 15-year record set by Steve Young (71.3%).
The Ocala, Florida, native finished his career with over 10,000 passing yards and 1,000 rushing yards. Culpepper became the first NFL first-round pick in UCF history after helping put the program on the map.
McKenzie Milton
Milton was the leader of UCF's undefeated 2017 season. He had a career season that year, combining for over 4,500 total yards and 45 touchdowns -- 4,037 passing yards, 37 touchdowns and nine interceptions; 613 rushing yards and eight touchdowns on 103 carries.
The Knights' star quarterback led them to victory over the Auburn Tigers in the Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl, cementing an undefeated season. Now, he's back with the same program he led as their quarterback coach.
Blake Bortles
Bortles became UCF's highest first-round pick after the Jacksonville Jaguars selected him fourth overall in the 2014 NFL Draft. He dominated in 2012 and 2013, totaling 6,640 yards, 50 touchdowns and 16 interceptions.
UCF's highest first-round pick led the program to the inaugural championship of the American Athletic Conference, earning the league's automatic berth to the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl. Bortles posted a 22-5 record in 2012 and 2013.
Ryan Schneider
Schneider topped 10,000 career passing yards in the MAC era, and had the highest yards gained per pass attempt for three straight seasons (2000-2002) at 8.4 yards. He recorded a career high in passing yards during his junior season, throwing for 3,770 yards, 31 touchdowns and 16 interceptions.
Dillon Gabriel
Gabriel is the only quarterback on this list who did not finish his career at UCF. However, he spent the first three seasons of his career in Orlando and recorded most of his touchdowns in the Black and Gold.
The former Knight finished his college career with 189 total touchdowns (155 passing, 33 rushing and one receiving). Gabriel recorded 70 passing touchdowns, eight rushing touchdowns and one receiving touchdown.
