The Knights bolster their infield defense with defensive standout Shamaar McDuffie, adding elite fielding and veteran experience to a growing roster of impact portal acquisitions this offseason.
UCF strengthened its pitching depth throughout the transfer portal cycle, and now, it is bolstering the infield after landing a commitment from Kennesaw State shortstop Shamaar McDuffie.
McDuffie spent three seasons in Cobb County, Georgia, starting for the Owls. He boasted an .984 fielding percentage and scored four runs in four starts to start the season, showcasing his versatility.
The transfer portal will remain open until June 30, and the transfer portal tracker will monitor every player departure or addition. Each updated entry is in chronological order from newest to oldest, and outgoing transfers who commit to another program will appear at the top of the list with their updated information.
