Wide receiver Skyler Bell, selected in the fourth round of the 2026 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills, will wear No. 13 in the upcoming season.

The Bills released their rookie jersey numbers on Tuesday.

Wide receiver Gabe Davis most recently wore No. 13 for the Bills. Like Bell, he was a fourth-round draft pick of Buffalo, selected in the 2020 NFL Draft. Davis, recovering from an injury, is an unrestricted free agent.

Bell wore No. 1 with the Huskies.
