Former USC Men's Basketball player Ezra Ausar signed with the Miami Heat last week.
He becomes the second player under USC head coach Eric Musselman to sign with an NBA team. He averaged 14.8 points and a team-high 6.5 rebounds per game while starting in all 32 games during his lone season with the Trojans. He ranked No. 23 in the nation with 233 free-throw attempts and No. 68 with 157 free throws at the end of the regular season.
Ausar was also a part of the Heat’s Summer League squad a few months ago. Through three games, he averaged 7.0 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.0 steals.
