https://www.49ers.com/schedule/The San Francisco 49ers are 9-4 on the season, with games against the Titans, Colts, Bears and Seahawks left on their schedule.
To their benefit, three out of their final four games are at home at Levi's Stadium. This makes a great amount of difference, as they are chasing their fellow NFC West counterparts in the Los Angeles Rams (10-3), who lead the division and conference by one game.
The next two games are against the two-win Titans and the now Philip Rivers-led Indianapolis Colts. That is a chance to secure their 10th and 11th wins on the season.
At that point, they would be hoping for the Rams and Seahawks to have had some hiccups along the way that would open the door for a late-season shot at the NFC West and NFC lead.
