According to CBS Sports, the San Francisco 49ers are currently six-point underdogs (+6) against the Philadelphia Eagles (ML: +225). 

CBS goes on to theorize that, according to Draftkings, the 49ers opened at -3.5. However, due to several injury updates regarding both teams, the gap got wider. 

Meaning, the 49ers are predicted to have an even tougher outing against the Eagles than previously thought. 

The 49ers are winners of four of their last five, while the Eagles have won three of their last five. The two teams also finished their regular season separated by only one game.
