Should the 49ers consider Vita Vea?

News broke on Monday that Vita Vea of the Buccaneers has requested a trade. The news comes after Vea and the Buccaneers could not come up with a contract extension. 

Naturally, many NFL teams will be placing calls to Tampa Bay inquiring about Vea, but could the 49ers have the upper hand over most other teams?

According to Ted Nguyen of The Athletic, Vita Vea would prefer to go to a California team or the Raiders.
