The 49ers have health problems

The 49ers are no strangers to injuries. After dealing with them all season long, they will be forced to face even more absences this weekend.

With Deebo Samuel and Mike Evans out on Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons, Brock Purdy and Christian McCaffrey will need to help will San Francisco to a victory.

With the way both star players have been playing, it is not out of the question that the San Francisco 49ers can continue their win streak, even with all of the injuries across the roster.
