Brock Purdy for MVP?

The 2026 NFL season is still young, but 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy is making his case for MVP. 

Purdy is coming off of yet another victory to push San Francisco to 2-0. A victory over the mediocre Miami Dolphins isn’t what has fans excited. It is that the Niners struck early and never let up. 

Don’t get me wrong, there is still a lot of football to be played, but if Brock Purdy can keep up his strong play, he will be in the MVP conversation. But if you were to ask Purdy, I’m sure all he would care about is a Lombardi trophy.
