Can Brock Purdy continue his MVP-caliber start?

It’s only been four weeks, but 49ers’ quarterback Brock Purdy is playing at an MVP-caliber level. He has carried his team to a perfect 4-0 record despite the countless injuries that have plagued San Francisco.

Granted, Purdy won’t be alone in the MVP race. Players like Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes will likely be in the mix as well. But given the circumstances surrounding the 49ers, it is easy to see a path for Purdy winning the trophy.

If Purdy can lead the 49ers to a pivotal win on Sunday against the Seahawks, the case would only grow stronger.
