Well, the Chicago Bears are getting another look at the Green Bay Packers this season.
This time around, it'll be in the playoffs. The Bears lost 19-17 to the Detroit Lions but still landed the No. 2 seed after the Washington Commanders beat the Philadelphia Eagles 24-17.
This means that the Bears will see the Packers in the Wild Card round. The first two meetings have already felt like playoff games.
At Lambeau Field in Week 14, the Bears lost 28-21 after getting inside the Packers' red zone and throwing an interception. Chicago got revenge in Week 16, taking down Green Bay 22-16 in overtime after a touchdown pass to D.J. Moore.
Even though the Bears were devastated after losing to the Lions, head coach Ben Johnson couldn't contain his excitement for the Packers game, stating that he was "fired up" at the post-game presser.
"Yeah, that's the name of the game here, though," Johnson said. "I mean, we're quickly transitioning. We're locked in. The stakes are a lot higher here going forward. We can't afford to have a phase, one of our three phases, play like we did today. So, we're gonna have to pick it up. Like I said, I get fired up just thinking about it."
The Packers lost 16-3 to the Minnesota Vikings to close out the regular season, finishing with a 9-7-1 record.
The other Wild Card matchups will include the Eagles taking on the San Francisco 49ers and the Los Angeles Rams facing the Carolina Panthers. The Seattle Seahawks will have a first-round bye as the No. 1 seed in the NFC.
The Panthers clinched the No. 4 seed after the New Orleans Saints lost to the Atlanta Falcons 19-17, even though Carolina lost to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The win gave them the NFC South title.
The Rams would've been the No. 6 seed if the Seahawks had lost to the 49ers, but since Seattle won, they had a shot at the No. 5 seed. The Eagles are the No. 3 seed, and the 49ers are the No. 6 seed.
It'll be a shorter week for Chicago since the game is taking place on Saturday. This team has a lot it needs to clean up before Wild Card Weekend. The Bears didn't score a touchdown until the fourth quarter and were dominated for the majority of the game.
Saturday's game will give the Bears the chance to send their hated rival home with a loss. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. CT on Prime Video.
