Cincinnati Bengals receiver Ja'Marr Chase's incredible dominance eclipses all others in the NFL.

Cincinnati Bengals star Ja’Marr Chase has separated himself from the rest of the NFL’s wide receiver group over the past two seasons through sustained top-tier production across every major wide receiver category.

In 2024, Chase delivered one of the best seasons of his career, posting 127 receptions for 1,708 yards and 12 touchdowns. He led the NFL in receptions, receiving yards and touchdowns, and became just the fifth wide receiver to achieve this feat to win the Triple Crown since the 1970 merger, joining Jerry Rice (1990), Sterling Sharpe (1992), Steve Smith Sr. (2005), and Cooper Kupp (2021).

Chase followed that with another elite campaign in 2025, recording 125 receptions for 1,412 yards and eight touchdowns, ranking 3rd in receptions and 4th in receiving yards. He remained heavily involved in the Bengals’ offense, and led the league in targets (185).

Across those two seasons, Chase has totaled 3,120 receiving yards, the highest mark in the league over that span. No other receiver has reached 3,000 yards during the same period.

How Ja’Marr Chase Compares to Other Top Receivers in the NFL

Other elite receivers have posted strong numbers, but their combined production trails Chase.

Los Angeles Rams’ Puka Nacua recorded 1,715 receiving yards in 2025 and has 2,705 yards across the last two seasons combined. Seattle Seahawks’ Jaxon Smith-Njigba led the league in 2025 with 1,793 yards on 119 receptions en route to winning Offensive Player of the Year. But his two-year total (2,923 yards) doesn’t come close.

As for established veteran receivers like Minnesota Vikings’ Justin Jefferson (2,581), Dallas Cowboys’ Ceedee Lamb (2,271), and Philadelphia Eagles’ A.J. Brown (2,082), their combined output across 2024 and 2025 falls well short of Chase’s numbers.

In terms of salary, Chase is well compensated for his effort on the field. He previously became the highest-paid non-quarterback in NFL history after signing a four-year, $161 million extension with the Bengals before the start of the 2025 season. That mark stood until Smith-Njigba reset the market with a four-year, $168.6 million deal in 2026, with Nacua also expected to command a similar pay from the Rams.

Chase has also been rewarded with five consecutive Pro Bowl and two First-team All-Pro selections, and is just the fifth player in NFL history to record 1,000+ receiving yards in each of his first five seasons.

At 26 years old, Chase continues to build his resume and will remain crucial to the Bengals offense alongside quarterback Joe Burrow in 2026.
