The Cincinnati Bengals are coming off a 6-11 season in which they ranked 30th in the NFL with 28.9 points allowed per game, and star pass-rusher Trey Hendrickson is hitting free agency. However, Las Vegas Raiders star defensive end Maxx Crosby could be available for trade, per FOX NFL Sunday's Jay Glazer.
Glazer joined the "Yahoo! Sports Daily" show on Wednesday and said that he thinks the 28-year-old's time with the Raiders is done and that he'll be moved before the NFL Draft in April.
"Yes it's real," Glazer said. "It's Maxx's decision. They don't want to do it. But he was just like, 'I'm not going through another rebuild.'"
Las Vegas's only winning season since it drafted Crosby in 2019 was 2021, when it went 10-7 and lost to the Bengals 26-19 in the AFC Wild Card Round. Since then, it has gone 6-11, 8-9, 4-13, and 3-14. It owns the No. 1 pick in the draft this year, with the presumptive choice being Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza. If it picks the 2025 CFP National Champion, it will rebuild around a young quarterback over the next few seasons.
Crosby is a five-time Pro Bowler who has 69.5 sacks over 110 career games, and he's ready to start winning again. Will the 6-foot-5, 255-pounder's next home be Cincinnati?

Crosby is signed through 2029 and will have a cap hit of $35.8 million in 2026. Acquiring him would guarantee a long-term investment for the Bengals, but they'll need to give up assets to make it happen.
Luckily, they have plenty of draft capital, including the No. 10 overall pick in this year's draft. In fact, they have first, second, third, and fourth-round picks in 2026, 2027, and 2028.
Trading premium picks to the Raiders for Crosby would make sense for Cincinnati, as there's no need to rebuild through the draft if an established star at a key position is available. Franchise quarterback Joe Burrow and star wideout Ja'Marr Chase are signed through 2029, and fellow star wideout Tee Higgins is signed through 2028. That gives them a competitive window to take advantage of now, and adding a star on defense would help with that.
Meanwhile, Las Vegas could use the picks to build a deep roster around Mendoza, star running back Ashton Jeanty, and star tight end Brock Bowers.
