After a rough loss, the Bills shake up their roster. Can they salvage their playoff hopes, and are we looking at a potential ultimatum from Josh Allen?

Coming off an extremely disappointing loss to the Houston Texans in Week 12, the Buffalo Bills are continuing to look for answers across the roster.

In the latest episode of the Bills Roundtable Podcast, lead reporter Mike Straw and Anthony Moeglin talk about the Bills signing wide receiver (WR) Brandin Cooks as well as bringing back defensive end Shaq Lawson.

Plus, with Buffalo now fighting to stay in a playoff spot, what are there chances at not only making it, but going on a run? And should the season end short of the playoffs or a loss in the wild card round, will the team get a "Josh Allen ultimatum"?

It's Episode 7 of the Bills Roundtable Podcast! If you want to jump to a specific segment of the show, check out the chapter list below.

A Look Ahead To Pittsburgh

As the Bills head to Pittsburgh to face the Steelers on Sunday afternoon, it's become a game that's a must-win for both teams. The Steelers are 6-5 and on the outside of the playoffs right now. The Bills, on the other hand, are 7-4 and in the 7th seed in the AFC.

While they're in the playoffs, Buffalo is only a game up on Pittsburgh, Kansas City, and Houston. They own the tiebreaker against Kansas City but don't have it against the Texans. This weekend will determine who has it between the Bills and Steelers.

Josh Allen is 4-1 all-time against the Steelers, including a playoff win in 2024. When it comes to playing in Pittsburgh, he's only done so once—A 17-10 win on Sunday Night Football in 2019.

The game kicks off at 4:25pm ET on Sunday, November 30th on CBS. Jim Nantz, Tony Romo, and Tracy Wolfson will be on the call.
