The Buffalo Bills select Missouri CB Toriano Pride Jr. with pick No. 220 in the 2026 NFL Draft. Here’s what he brings to Buffalo.

The Buffalo Bills have added to their defensive backfield, selecting cornerback Toriano Pride Jr. with the 220th pick.

Pride Jr. joins the Bills after spending four seasons in college, two with Missouri and two with Clemson. In his final season with the Missouri Tigers, he had 24 tackles, four passes defended, and two interceptions.

What really stands out about Pride Jr. is his speed. He was the fastest cornerback at the NFL Scouting Combine, running a 4.32 40-yard dash. He's also active with his hands and is talented at pulling the ball out of a receiver's hands.

He's not the largest corner at just 5-10, 185 pounds, and is more suited to play in the nickel role.

"That speed shows up on film, but he found himself in the trail position quite often," according to Scouts Inc. via ESPN. "Plus, he is not extremely efficient getting out of his breaks and has average route anticipation. Pride has average instincts in press coverage, and his lack of length makes it hard for him to reroute wide receivers."

For Pride Jr., his best bet to make the roster will be on special teams. He's a project corner that, more than likely, will be on the practice squad to start the 2026 season.

Pick 220 was originally planned as the end of the draft for the Bills, but general manager Brandon Beane made a trade with the Chicago Bears. Buffalo sent Chicago pick 213 for picks 239 and 241 in the seventh.

That leaves the Bills with 10 total selections in this year's draft.
