Buffalo Bills bolster offensive line with Boston College tackle Jude Bowry, adding crucial depth and potential versatility on the line.

The Buffalo Bills have added depth to their offensive line, drafting Boston College tackle Jude Bowry with the 102nd pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.

He's the first Boston College player taken by the Bills since tight end Tommy Sweeney in 2018.

Bowry comes to Buffalo after spending four seasons in college. Over that time, he played in 31 games, starting 23 of them at tackle. His best season came in 2024, when he allowed just two sacks on 321 offensive snaps.

Another interesting fact about the pick is that Bowry also attended the Senior Bowl. So far, all three of Buffalo's selections played in the showcase game back in January. It also marks the sixth-straight draft where the Bills drafted an offensive lineman.

As far as where he plays, Buffalo already has two starting tackles in Dion Dawkins and Spencer Brown. If Bowry has a chance to play this year, it's likely going to be inside at left guard after the Bills lost David Edwards during free agency.

To that notion, Bowry said he's open to playing anywhere on the line.

"Wherever the team needs me," Bowry told the media after being selected. "I’m going to work my tail off to be the best I can be."

He added that he's watched film of both Dawkins and Brown, saying that in order to be the best, you need to watch some of the best in the league.

Buffalo started the day with the 101st pick, but traded back one spot with the Las Vegas Raiders. To move back one, the team picked up a 7th-round pick in 2027.

As of publishing, Buffalo still has five more picks, including two more 4th-round selections at 125 and 126. They also have two 5th-round picks and a 7th. The team traded its 6th round pick on Friday night to move up from pick 66 to 62, where they drafted Davison Igbinosun
