TCU's productive linebacker Kaleb Elarms-Orr joins Buffalo at pick 126 in the 2026 NFL Draft, aiming to fill a starting role with his run-stopping prowess and speed.
The Buffalo Bills added defensive depth on Day 3 of the 2026 NFL Draft, selecting Kaleb Elarms-Orr with the No. 126 overall pick in the fourth round.
Elarms-Orr arrives from the TCU Horned Frogs as a productive and athletic linebacker who tallied 276 tackles and 19 tackles for loss in 47 games. A First-Team All-Big 12 selection, he posted a standout final season with 130 total tackles, showcasing his ability to consistently find the football and impact games at a high level.
At 6-foot-2 and around 234 pounds, Elarms-Orr brings a blend of size and speed that fits the modern linebacker mold. He's strong going sideline to sideline, and really excels against the run.
He has had issues with missed tackles due to taking wrong angles, and he'll likely have to bulk up a bit to go against the larger NFL linemen and tight ends. That said, those are things many could assume the Bills will be able to take care of before the season begins in the fall.
He was one of Buffalo's pre-draft visits, and there was plenty of smoke surrounding the team's interest in him as the draft approached.
Meeting with the media after being picked, Elarms-Orr said he wants to be a three-phase player in the league. Whether it's rushing the quarterback, stopping the run, or dropping back in coverage, he says that he'll work to do whatever the Bills need him to do.
As far as where he fits, Elarms-Orr is going to have an opportunity to earn a starting role right away. Buffalo's linebacker depth has been a big question this offseason, and the 22-year-old will have the chance to get valuable playing time right away.
The Bills still have three more picks in the 2026 NFL Draft, with two 5th-round picks and a 7th-round pick still to come.
