Players praise Bills' weight room and coaches, but the field itself earns a failing grade. See how the team stacks up against the league in the latest NFLPA report card.

Remember when the NFL won a grievance to keep the NFLPA report cards from being made public? Well, that lasted all of about two weeks.

ESPN has obtained the NFLPA report cards from its sources, and with them come the thoughts of the players throughout the league. These report cards, if you aren't aware, come from 1,759 players who were on a 2025 roster at the time the survey was taken. The surveys have grades from A to F- (which is apparently a grade now), and rank teams based on their treatment of families, coaches, field, and more.

It's unknown how many Buffalo Bills players took the survey, but what is known is that they graded out pretty well.

Of the 18 grades, which you can see below, Buffalo received seven grades of A- or better, along with nine grades of B- or B. The highest grades were As for the weight room, strength coaches, and position coaches.

It's worth noting that, when grading the staff, these reference last year's coaches. Joe Brady, who's in his first season as head coach, received an A- grade as the offensive coordinator. Former head coach Sean McDermott also received an A-.

Where the Bills fell short was with the home field, which was given an F. This isn't about the stadium; it's the actual field that the players play on each week.

The good news is that 2026 is likely to be a lot higher. Buffalo is set to move into its new $2 billion stadium this season, which includes a new grass field.

Overall, the Bills' ranking jumped seven spots from a year ago as they sit right in the middle of the league at 16th. Elsewhere in the AFC East, the Patriots were ranked 26th, the Jets were 18th, and the Dolphins were 1st.
