According to multiple reports, the Buffalo Bills are expected to target two of the bigger free-agent wide receivers on the market this spring.

The Buffalo Bills don't appear to be messing around when it comes to improving the roster this offseason.

Coming out of the scouting combine this past week in Indianapolis, at least two top free agent targets are being linked to the Bills. And they would each provide an immediate upgrade to a sizeable hole on the roster.

First reported by Malik Wright of TWSN, Buffalo is reportedly interested in both Rashid Shaheed and Romeo Doubs. That report was then corroborated by ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.

"Rival teams expect Buffalo to strongly address wide receiver in the coming weeks," Fowler writes. "And multiple league executives are linking Rashid Shaheed or Romeo Doubs to the Bills. Alec Pierce will most likely be out of their price range."

Both Shaheed and Doubs will be free agents for the first time in their careers this month. And while the Bills aren't likely to be able to sign both wide receivers, bringing in either would be seen as an improvement to a room that had little production in 2025.

A four-year veteran, Doubs is coming off a season in which he put up a career high in yards with 724 to go with team-leading six touchdown receptions. Since being drafted in the fifth round from Nevada in 2022, Doubs has caught for over 2,400 yards and 21 touchdowns.

Another player entering his fifth year in the league, Shaheed came into the league as an undrafted free agent out of Weber State. He spent three-and-a-half years with the New Orleans Saints, being voted as a first-team All-Pro in his second season in 2023.

At the trade deadline, Shaheed was traded to the Seattle Seahawks. Though he put up just 188 receiving yards with Seattle, he made an impact on Special Teams with three return touchdowns in the regular season and playoffs.

If Buffalo truly is interested in both receivers, they'll have to figure out if either of them will be worth the money they'll command on the open market. According to Spotrac, Shaheed comes with a market value of $14.1 million per year, while Doubs could come in at slightly less at $12 million.
