Edge rusher, corner, or offensive line? A full look at the latest mock drafts and the players most often projected to the Bills.

The NFL Scouting Combine has come and gone, and the NFL Draft is fast approaching. For the Buffalo Bills, there are a lot of decisions to make regarding what positions to target in April, especially with their first pick at 26th overall.

Buffalo traded away its 2nd round pick this year to acquire wide receiver DJ Moore from the Chicago Bears. That means its first-round pick becomes even more important.

General manager Brandon Beane has found some solid players in the early rounds, such as Greg Rousseau, Dalton Kincaid, and Ed Oliver. But other picks in the first two rounds, like Kaiir Elam, Keon Coleman, and Boogie Basham, have left a lot to be desired.

With a new head coach and new overall philosophy in place on both sides of the ball, Beane needs to put the Bills in the best position to succeed on the field. But what exactly should he do?

The latest mock drafts going around have shifted away from a first-round wide receiver after the Moore acquisition. But just because many took that position off the board, it doesn't mean there's a clear-cut position the team needs to address.

Some have Buffalo targeting an edge rusher, others a defensive back, and others an offensive lineman.

The most common players being mocked to the Bills in the latest mocks are Clemson edge rusher T.J. Parker and Texas A&M edge Cashius Howell. Both NFL.com and The Athletic have Howell to the Bills, while On3 and Pro Football Focus think Parker is a good fit for the team.

Sticking to defense, ESPN's Mel Kiper has Clemson cornerback Avieon Terrell going to the Bills. Kiper praises Terrell's man coverage ability and says he would provide the team with much-needed depth at the position.

The other defensive backs mocked to Buffalo are Toledo safety Emmanuel McNeil-Warren by Yahoo! Sports and Oregon's Dillon Thieneman by Fox Sports.

Lastly, in a somewhat surprising option—though not if you listen to the Bills Roundtable Podcast—CBS Sports has Alabama offensive tackle Kadyn Proctor going to Buffalo.

"Buffalo lost David Edwards in free agency, so some people's wish of moving Kadyn Proctor to guard comes to fruition in the short term," CBS Sports' Josh Edwards said. "It also gives the Bills flexibility in the event this is Dion Dawkins' last season with the organization."
