The Buffalo Bills have been tabbed as the top landing spot for this weapon this NFL offseason.
It's no secret that the Buffalo Bills need to add some wide receivers this offseason, and general manager Brandon Beane has made it clear that it will be priority.
But how will the Bills go about doing that? Will it be through free agency? Will they swing a blockbuster trade? Or will they simply rely on the NFL Draft?
While going through the draft seems like the most realistic possibility for cash-strapped Buffalo, Bleacher Report's Kristopher Knox feels that the team could go in a different direction.
Knox recently put together a list of the top 50 free agents in the league this spring, and his No. 1 player was wide receiver George Pickens. He then named the Bills as one of the top two destinations for the breakout star.
Pickens spent 2025 with the Dallas Cowboys, hauling in 93 receptions, 1,429 yards and nine touchdowns en route to a Pro Bowl appearance and a Second-Team All-Pro selection.
The Cowboys acquired Pickens in a trade with the Pittsburgh Steelers last offseason, sending a third-round pick to the Steelers in exchange for him.

The 24-year-old still exhibited some concerning moments in Dallas this past year, but he was definitely more well-behaved than he was in Pittsburgh.
Of course, the Cowboys can simply slap a franchise tag on Pickens, which seems like the most likely conclusion, but if they don't, is Buffalo actually a realistic landing spot?
Knox is projecting Pickens to land a four-year, $125 million contract, which is quite frightening for a Bills team that is already $7.4 million over the cap.
Now, Buffalo can create some cap space by restructuring some deals (like Josh Allen's for example) and releasing some players, but with Pickens probably making over $30 million annually, signing him would still eat up most of the Bills' available money.
Pickens definitely sounds great in theory, and you have to imagine that he would keep himself in check so long as Allen is throwing him the football. But he will most likely prove to be too expensive for Buffalo's taste.
