The Buffalo Bills are a team to watch in a potential blockbuster trade for Raiders star Maxx Crosby.

The Buffalo Bills are going to be a team to watch closely entering the NFL offseason. After another disappointing finish to the 2025 season, the team could get aggressive.

Brandon Beane knows that the Super Bowl window is wide open right now with Josh Allen leading the way. However, the window could close very quickly.

After deciding to part ways with head coach Sean McDermott, the Bills moved quickly to replace him in-house with Joe Brady. Now, the question becomes, how can the roster improve? There are quite a few avenues worth exploring to do just that.

One clear needs comes on the offensive side of the football. Buffalo needs to bring in more offensive firepower for Allen to work with. There are also needs defensively.

Joey Bosa is set to hit the NFL free agency market again this offseason after completing his one-year contract with the Bills. Could the front office look to get even more aggressive by pulling off a blockbuster trade with the Las Vegas Raiders for superstar pass rusher Maxx Crosby?

That is a scenario that has been suggested on multiple different occasions.

With that being said, CBS Sports analyst Tyler Sullivan has suggested one scenario that would see Buffalo and the Raiders come to terms on a Crosby trade.

In his suggestion, the Bills would acquire Crosby in exchange for a 2026 first-round pick, a 2027 first-round pick, and wide receiver Keon Coleman.

"Buffalo needs to improve the talent around Josh Allen, but it must also maximize the roster while its MVP quarterback remains in his prime. That includes improving a pass rush that produced the ninth-fewest pressures in 2025, according to TruMedia," Sullivan wrote.

"When the Bills square off against Mahomes, Jackson, Burrow and Maye in 2026, they'd be glad they added a game-wrecker like Crosby -- no matter the cost."

Crosby is coming off of a 2025 NFL season that saw him rack up 73 total tackles to go along with 10 sacks, two forced fumbles, an interception, and six defended passes. Those numbers would make the Buffalo defense much more dangerous.

Expect to hear a lot of rumors about the Bills as the offseason gets underway. This likely won't be the last time that Crosby is connected as a potential target.
