After the Buffalo Bills' epic Week 1 win, an ESPN insider has provided an "epic" take about Josh Allen.

Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills came through with one of the best comeback wins in recent NFL history in Week 1 on Sunday Night Football against the Baltimore Ravens.

Despite trailing the Ravens by a score of 40-25 with just 3:59 remaining in the game, Allen found a way to get the job done.

When the final whistle blew, the Bills came out on top by a final score of 41-40. Buffalo entered the season as one of the most hyped up teams in the NFL and that hype has grown even more.

Ahead of Week 2 action, Allen has received a strong take from one ESPN NFL insider.

Peter Schrager made an appearance on ESPN's "Get Up" and delivered a short but bold statement about the Bills' superstar quarterback.

"It just feels like Josh Allen is on an epic road to destiny," Schrager said.

Allen's performance against Baltimore was reminiscent of the way he played last season. Of course, as most fans know, Allen's performance during the 2024 campaign resulted in winning the NFL MVP award.

Throughout the course of the win over the Ravens, Allen completed 33 of his 46 pass attempts for 394 yards, two touchdowns, and no interceptions. He also ran for 30 yards and two touchdowns.

No team could ask for more from their quarterback. Allen did it all and he led his team to an improbable win. That is what he has shown himself capable of on a consistent basis.

Entering the 2025 season, Buffalo has just one goal in mind. It's Super Bowl or bust for the Bills this year. Anything short of that would be a massive disappointing and a failure.

Over the last few years, Buffalo has been close to a championship. Unfortunately, multiple different things have happened that have blocked them from making the jump into the Super Bowl.

It will be interesting to see if Allen can power the Bills to the big game this season. The talent is in place for Buffalo to do just that, but there are plenty of worthy contenders throughout the NFL.

After the magical comeback win in Week 1, the Bills do feel somewhat of a team with destiny. We'll just have to wait and see how the rest of the season unfolds.
