First reported by Rolling Stone, Wiley is facing accusations from four women, including a woman who claims Wiley groomed her while he was a member of the Bills. The four new allegations come after Wiley was previously accused of rape by three women while he was a football player at Columbia University.
Wiley played for Buffalo from 1997-2000. During that time, one accuser, known in this case as Jane Doe, says that Wiley focused on her while she was 13 years old after visiting her middle school in Buffalo.
"Wiley drove towards me, slowed down, and pulled over," she wrote in her statement. "He lowered the window, called me by name, and asked me to come over."
The allegation says that Wiley gave her his email address and "showered her family with free game tickets and invitations to his Orchard Park, N.Y., home."
It continues to say that Wiley would often talk about his sociology degree from Columbia while asking her to clean the same CDs again and again. She says that he called her "little momma" and regularly would give her gifts.
Doe says that her "whole identity" had the belief that she would eventually marry him.
When the alleged victim turned 18, she says Wiley flew her to Dallas. She alleges that he "shouted at her in a frightening manner and coerced her into sex."
"Marcellus Wiley raped me on my 18th birthday, after grooming me from the age of 13," she wrote in her statement.
As mentioned, three more allegations have come to light against Wiley. A former ESPN production assistant who says Wiley lured her to a hotel room in 2009 before attacking her. She says that Wiley emerged from the bathroom naked and forced her onto the bed before pleasuring himself over her.
Two other women allege that Wiley sexually assaulted them between 1995-1999.
Wiley not his lawyers have publicly responded to the latest accusations. When the first accusations came to light in 2023, Wiley claimed that the allegations were "B.S".
