The Bills quarterback returns to the tunnel with eight hospital-designed caps, now offering fans a chance to wear the same creative styles while funding vital pediatric care.

Josh Allen is bringing back one of his most meaningful traditions for the 2026 season, and this time, fans will have a chance to take part in it themselves.

For the second consecutive season, the Buffalo Bills franchise quarterback will wear caps designed by children receiving care at Golisano Children's Hospital of Buffalo during Bills home games. The initiative, known as "Billustration," is returning with eight new designs created by children at the hospital.

The biggest change for 2026 is that fans won't have to wait for Allen to walk into Highmark Stadium to see the designs. All eight caps are now available for fans to purchase, with proceeds benefiting the Patricia Allen Fund at Golisano Children's Hospital.

Allen will wear the corresponding cap during his tunnel walk before each Bills regular-season home game, putting the children's artwork in front of thousands of fans throughout the season.

The program builds on the success of last year's campaign. The 2025 Billustration initiative raised $140,230 for the Patricia Allen Fund, which supports care and programs for children and families at Golisano Children's Hospital.

Allen said he wanted to bring the initiative back after seeing the response to last year's campaign, particularly with fans asking for a way to get the caps themselves.

"I am incredibly proud of everything last season's Billustration campaign with New Era achieved, and I was eager to bring it back for the 2026 season in response to the demand from fans to get their hands on these special caps," Allen said via press release.

"Knowing fans can now collect every design and wear them alongside me all season makes it even more special as we continue to support the Patricia Allen Fund and the amazing care provided at Golisano Children's Hospital of Buffalo."

The 2026 collection features designs from eight children: Jack, Mason, Charlotte, Isaac, Avery and Amar'e, Killian, Caleb, and Grace. Each design reflects something personal to the child who created it, making the collection more than just another piece of Bills merchandise.

For Allen, the Bills, and the Patricia Allen Fund, the appeal goes beyond simply wearing a different cap before each home game. The initiative gives the children involved an opportunity to see their creativity become part of the Bills' game-day experience while helping raise money for other children receiving care at the hospital.
