An NFL analyst got honest on the Buffalo Bills' biggest question entering draft month.
With the 2026 NFL Draft almost here, one NFL analyst has a big question for the Buffalo Bills.
Brad Gagnon of Bleacher Report thinks the Bills need to ask themselves this: What does Josh Allen need the most?
"It's all about supporting the franchise quarterback in their quest to finally get over the top. The question is, where should they focus at the top of the draft? Do they target an inside linebacker or DB to spruce up the defense? A guard to replace David Edwards? Another receiver for Allen to rely on? There are a lot of potential avenues here, both in the draft and in the lingering waves of free agency."
Allen had right foot surgery after the 2025 season ended. The surgery was done on a broken bone in his foot.
The 2024 MVP, Allen finished with 3,668 passing yards, 25 passing touchdowns, 579 rushing yards and 14 rushing touchdowns last season. The future Hall of Famer enters next season with 30,102 passing yards, 220 passing touchdowns, 4,721 rushing yards and 79 career rushing touchdowns.
Allen is one of the top players in the NFL, but he has yet to guide the Bills to the Super Bowl.
The Bills made a blockbuster trade this offseason to help Allen, acquiring WR D.J. Moore from the Chicago Bears. Moore has played for the Carolina Panthers and Bears. He enters next season with 608 receptions, 8,213 receiving yards and 41 receiving touchdowns in the NFL.
It will be fascinating to see how far the Bills go next season in Year 1 of the Joe Brady era. Buffalo lost to the Denver Broncos in the Divisional Round last season.
"I've said this 100 times, and you're gonna hear me another 100 times saying it. I want Josh Allen to get everything he deserves in this life, in this career. He puts so much into this game, and that all I want is for him to be holding what he deserves," Brady said about Allen at the NFL meeting in Phoenix.
