Josh Allen to Wear 14-Year-Old's Custom Bills Cap Against Ravens

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen will wear a special cap designed by a 14-year-old patient at Golisano Children's Hospital of Buffalo during Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens.

The cap is part of the ongoing Billustration campaign with New Era, which gives children receiving care at the hospital the opportunity to create custom designs that Allen wears during his pregame tunnel walk at Bills home games.

This week's design comes from Isaac, a 14-year-old Bills fan whose cap draws inspiration from his love of watching sunsets with his family. The design features bold orange and red colors that represent a sunset, a personal drawing of a tree, and a green snapback closure representing kidney disease awareness.

Isaac was born with one functioning kidney and was later diagnosed with end-stage renal disease after his kidney function declined. With support from his care team at Golisano Children's Hospital and access to critical resources, he has been able to manage ongoing dialysis treatments while continuing to enjoy the activities and moments that matter most to him and his family.

The cap brings those personal experiences together, incorporating Isaac's favorite sunset views and other things that bring him joy. Allen will wear the design when the Bills host the Ravens at Highmark Stadium on Sunday, November 1.

The campaign builds on last season's success, which raised $140,230 for the Patricia Allen Fund at Golisano Children's Hospital. For the 2026 season, eight children receiving care at the hospital created designs for Allen to wear during each Bills regular-season home game.

Fans can also purchase the designs through the 2026 Billustration Collection, with every purchase benefiting the Patricia Allen Fund. This year, the collection is available in three New Era styles for the first time: the 9SEVENTY, 59FIFTY, and a kids' 9FORTY.

The caps Allen wears before each home game will be signed by the quarterback and provided to Golisano Children's Hospital to support fundraising efforts for the Patricia Allen Fund. Further details about those fundraising efforts will be announced when finalized.

The full collection, including Isaac's design, is available through the New Era website, the New Era Buffalo Store, the New Era SoHo Flagship Store, Buffalo Bills Highmark Stadium and select retail partners.

The Billustration campaign combines Allen's partnership with New Era with an opportunity to celebrate the creativity of children receiving care at Golisano Children's Hospital while supporting families and the wider Western New York community.
