Happy Birthday To One of the GREATS

Today is Champ Bailey's birthday! He turns 48 today.

Champ became a Bronco in the headline-stealing trade involving Clinton Portis. While I was sad that Portis was leaving at the time, that trade solidified our defense for years- leading to a couple of AFC Championship games and a Super Bowl appearance. While he never won the big game, he's still a hallmark of what I hope every Denver Bronco will be.

The team honored him on his B-day on social media.

I also named my dog Bailey after him.
