Germany's Paul Rubelt, a towering offensive tackle, had a visit with the Denver Broncos ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft.

The Denver Broncos' draft board looks much different after they traded away their first-round pick in a package to acquire former Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle.

Still, the Broncos have some needs, with defensive tackle and tight end among the most glaring ones going into the 2026 NFL Draft.

The Broncos' first pick in the draft comes in the second round at No. 62 overall, and tight end has become a common projection for Denver in that range.

Meanwhile, the Broncos are hosting players on top-30 visits, and an intriguing one came out on Friday.

Mike Klis of Denver 9 News reported that the Broncos hosted Central Florida offensive tackle Paul Rubelt on a visit. He is originally from Frankfurt, Germany, and played well during his time with Central Florida.

Rubelt has made some traction this offseason, which includes playing in the American Bowl.

He then turned plenty of heads with an impressive showing at his Pro Day.

Rubelt did not get an invite to the NFL Scouting Combine, but his Pro Day performance sure caught the attention of many.

Rubelt also said that whoever takes a chance on him "won't regret it," and the Golden Knights star was full of confidence as he participated in the Pro Day.

Rubelt is 6-foot-10, 313 pounds and is very versatile, which would be a smart choice for any team looking to add an offensive lineman who can play multiple spots up front.

Rubelt also showcased his skills and had a strong message after his Pro Day.

"I don't think there's a 6-10 guy every day that can bend and move," Rubelt said , via Shandel Richardson of UCFRoundtable. "I showed that today, I'm pretty sure. I could use my length. I'm strong and powerful and explosive."

The Broncos don't have a first-round pick, and they are picking late in the second round. They also don't have a third-round pick, but they have two fourths and then three seventh-round choices.

Rubelt figures to be a late-round draft pick, and with three choices for Denver near the end of the draft, he could be an intriguing fit to bring some versatility to the offensive line and give them an extra piece of insurance.

New offensive coordinator Davis Webb has taken over with Joe Lombardi fired, and Rubelt is a name to keep an eye on for the Broncos ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft.
