Denver Broncos offensive tackle Garett Bolles was named as the 2026 NFLPA Alan Page Community Award winner, the Broncos organization announced on Tuesday.
The NFLPA Alan Page Community Award is given to the player who goes above and beyond to perform community service in his team city and/or hometown. Bolles wins the award after being voted for by players across the NFL and will receive a $100,000 donation to his foundation.
Bolles is the fourth Bronco to be honored with the award, following in the footsteps of former safety John Lynch, former defensive edge Lyle Alzado, and former running back Floyd Little. It’s the perfect way to end the season for the 33-year-old, who started the season as Week 1’s NFLPA Community MVP.
His work in establishing the Bjorem & Bolles Childhood Apraxia Training Center in Parker, Colorado, helped earn Bolles the award. With the help of speech and language pathologist Jennie Bjorem, the facility trains others in the assessment and treatment of childhood apraxia.
Apraxia is a motor disorder that causes the brain to struggle to coordinate the muscle movements necessary for speech. Bolles and his family were drawn towards working around apraxia after their son, Kingston, was diagnosed with the disorder.
Bolles has also worked alongside Vertical Skills Academy, which serves children with language-based learning challenges. He's also supported social justice-involved youth, working in a juvenile probation court mentorship program in Arapahoe County, and making visits to the Marvin W. Foote Youth Services Center.
It’s not the only award Bolles may wrap up the 2025 season with, as he is a finalist for both the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award and the inaugural Protector of the Year Award.
As much work as he put in off the field in 2025, Bolles put in just as much on the field. He earned his first Pro Bowl selection and was named a First-Team All-Pro last season. It was his third consecutive season starting all 17 games for the Broncos as they enjoyed a 14-win season that saw them claim the No. 1 seed in the AFC.
Ultimately, the Broncos fell to the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship game, leaving them without a spot in Sunday’s Super Bowl matchup. Still, Bolles was a huge part of the Broncos' success this season, leading the offensive line in 1,125 snaps.
