Ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft, we did a full seven-round mock draft for the Denver Broncos using a simulator, and it involves a trade.
The Denver Broncos don't have many picks early in the 2026 NFL Draft, and that is due to the trade for Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle.
The mock drafts changed a ton ever since that blockbuster trade went down, and the Broncos start with pick No. 62 in the NFL Draft.
With draft day finally here, I went ahead and did a mock draft for all seven rounds using PFSN's simulator, and here are my selections.
Round 2, No. 62 overall: Texas Tech defensive tackle Lee Hunter
The Broncos could move up here to select Eli Stowers, but Lee Hunter still on the board was too good to pass up. The Broncos need some defensive tackle depth, and Hunter is a bruiser who fits in perfectly.
Round 4, No. 108 overall: Georgia tight end Oscar Delp
This, to me, is a value pick. Delp is a talented player, and he should provide some much-needed depth at the position.
Some see Delp as the TE2 of the class, and playing on a loaded Georgia team made him a bit overlooked with the number of weapons the Bulldogs had.
Round 4, No. 111 overall: TRADE
Trade: Broncos receive No. 118 and No. 157, send No. 111 and No. 257 to the Detroit Lions
Moving back seven spots and then moving up 100 is good value for Denver, especially with several seventh-round picks in what are always dart throws.
With No. 118, I went ahead and selected Oregon safety Jadon Canady
Round 5, No. 157 overall: Michigan linebacker Jimmy Rolder
This is the second part of the Lions trade, and linebacker is another area Denver needs to address at some point. Rolder played against plenty of talented teams in the Big Ten, and he should be a rotational piece from Day 1.
Round 5, No. 170 overall: Washington running back Jonah Coleman
Notre Dame's Jadarian Price is an option at No. 62, but I envision he goes to the Seattle Seahawks at No. 32. After that, waiting is the best option, and Coleman is one of the biggest sleepers in this draft.
J.K. Dobbins is there, but he is injury-prone.
Round 7, No. 246 overall: Georgia Tech quarterback Haynes King
Wait, a quarterback? Yes, and this isn't a Bo Nix replacement. Instead, this is a Taysom Hill-type player that Sean Payton would love to work with.
Round 7, No. 256 overall: Wake Forest OG Fa'alili Fa'amoe
Getting an offensive line player at some point would be wise.
PFSN had a B grade for this draft class.
