The Denver Broncos have a winning record, but the team is not winning games in a fashion that deems them contenders among some of the NFL's best.

The Denver Broncos secured a win on Thursday Night Football against the defending Super Bowl Champions, the Seattle Seahawks.

However, there's a trending topic of discussion that sort of takes away from the now 4-2 Broncos.

First, though, the Broncos pulled away with a 17-14 win against Seattle and continued to upset fans offensively. Despite finally getting over their first-half scoring drought and finding the end zone twice in the second quarter, Denver didn't score once in the second half and won on a field goal in overtime thanks to a Will Lutz 53-yarder that was set up by cornerback Ja'Quan McMillian's pick.

One of the biggest takeaways from the win was quarterback Bo Nix's abysmal performance, going 17-for-27 passing for a measly 107 yards. His play was highly scrutinized by analysts and former players, which led to an ex-Bronco coming running to his defense.

With all that being said, any win in the NFL should be celebrated. Nothing comes easy in this league and the Broncos did take down the reigning SB champs.

Our hosts, Mike, Randy and Eric take a deep dive into the game and what went right/wrong for Denver.

Eric gives credit where it's due, noting that the Broncos were without the game's best cornerback (Pat Surtain II) and giving Denver's defense credit for stopping the Seahawks.

Randy's input on the win was similar to Randy and Mike's, which parallels most fans, disappointed in Nix. As he puts it, the quarterback's style of play is "hard to watch." Specifically, our hosts are confused and frustrated with this version of Nix, which looks nothing like last season.

Fortunately, this Sunday presents an opportunity for Denver to get back to its old self.

The Broncos are on the road facing the Arizona Cardinals who stand at 2-4, though they are coming off a surprising win against the Los Angeles Rams.

The Cardinals are at the bottom of the barrel among NFL teams, which gives the Broncos a chance to put up some impressive numbers offensively.

On the flip side, if Denver once again struggles to move the ball downfield or find the endzone, it might officially be time to hit the panic button -- even if they walk away victorious.

Effectively, the Broncos aren't just being held to a standard of winning against bad teams; they need to do so handily if they'd like to be considered a threat among NFL teams.
