The Cleveland Browns (4-2) got plenty of good news on the injury front to close out the week of practice, with a handful of key players due back this week against the Tennessee Titans (1-5) 

That list begins with 2025 fifth-round pick Mason Graham, who was finally a full participant at practice on Friday after missing two consecutive weeks with a knee and ankle injury. The latter ailment is one that Graham notably mentioned he had feared could have been much worse, but was grateful it wasn't a season-ending ailment and can return after just two weeks away. 

Meanwhile, Quinshon Judkins is also expected to suit up for the Browns after he missed Week 6 due to an ankle injury. He'll be joined by his partner in crime out of the backfield Dylan Sampson, who spent the last five weeks on the IR following a Week 1 knee injury, but was activated to the active roster on Saturday. The team placed guard Teven Jenkins on the IR to clear room for Sampson. 

A handful of other players entered the weekend with questionable designations, though. Here are the official Week 7 inactives for the Cleveland Browns. 

Cleveland Browns

Despite the fact that LB Quincy Williams and CB Denzel Ward were considered questionable following Friday's practice, they will both be active against Tennessee. Williams appeared on the injury report on Thursday after dealing with a neck injury and missed  practice that day. He returned on Friday, though, and said he would be fine. 

As for Ward, he suffered a hand injury of some sort on Friday, but the source of the ailment was left very vague, even by Todd Monken. Among the list of inactive players, Hall Jr. was ruled out on Friday for a third straight week as he battles an ankle injury. Also, rookie QB Taylen Green will once again serve as the emergency third QB. 

Two additional players were also ruled out for Cleveland going into the weekend, in QB Dillon Gabriel and DT Kalia Davis. Both have been on the IR since the end of training camp and returned to practice nearly three weeks ago. The Browns have a deadline of this upcoming week to activate either or both to the active roster, or they must revert back to the IR, and their season would be over. T

Cleveland also elevated DT Sam Kamara from the practice squad for a third consecutive week, and he will play.
