Browns Connected to Shocking Potential Kevin Stefanski Replacement cover image

The Cleveland Browns have been connected to a potentially shocking Kevin Stefanski replacement.

The Cleveland Browns are heading into their season finale in Week 18 against the Cincinnati Bengals on the road. After yet another tough all-around season, the end of the year has provided more questions than answers.

First and foremost, the Browns will need to figure out what they want to do at head coach.

Kevin Stefanski is widely expected to be on his way out of Cleveland when the season ends. He is a good head coach, but he simply hasn't been able to take the Browns where they want to go.

Since taking over as the head coach in Cleveland back in 2020, Stefanski has led the team to a 44-56 record. He has made the playoffs in two out of his six seasons with the franchise.

That being said, who could the Browns bring in to replace Stefanski?

Plenty of names have already been brought up as potential options in Cleveland. However, there is a new name who could get added to the list depending on what his current team decides to do.

Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com took to X to share that if John Harbaugh parted ways with the AFC North rival Baltimore Ravens, the Browns would "trip over themselves" trying to line up an interview with him.

"If Ravens' John Harbaugh somehow became available, I believe the Browns would trip over themselves to interview him," Cabot wrote on X.

Harbaugh has become one of the most respected head coaches in the NFL. He has compiled a 180-112 overall record with the Ravens since becoming the team's head coach back in 2008. Replacing Stefanski with Harbaugh would be a dream scenario for Cleveland.

Of course, Baltimore could choose to run it back with Harbaugh once again in 2026. The Ravens missing the playoffs with a loss against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday Night Football tonight would be a tough pill to swallow, but would that really make Baltimore press the reset button?

Only time will tell, but for now Harbaugh is a name at least keeping an eye on if the Browns do choose to move on from Stefanski this offseason.
