The Cleveland Browns have been predicted to make a huge trade.

The Cleveland Browns have only an 8.5% chance of making the playoffs in 2025, according to ESPN's Football Power Index (FPI).

With that said, ESPN analytics writer Seth Walder believes the Browns will trade either Joel Bitonio or Wyatt Teller this upcoming season.

"The Browns will trade Joel Bitonio or Wyatt Teller in-season," Walder wrote. "It makes too much sense. They are veteran guards, each in the last year of their contracts, on a team likely going nowhere in 2025. Plus, the Browns have Teven Jenkins waiting in the wings."

Bitonio will make $15 million in 2025, while Teller will make $14.8 million. Both players have one year left on their deals.

The 33-year-old Bitonio has spent his entire career with the Browns. He's made seven Pro Bowls and two All-Pro Teams. The Nevada product is one of the best guards in the NFL.

Meanwhile, the 30-year-old Teller has played for the Buffalo Bills and Browns. He's been with Cleveland since 2019. The guard has made three Pro Bowls with the Browns.

Kevin Stefanski and the Browns missed the playoffs in 2024 after making the postseason in 2023. Joe Flacco is back in town and won the starting quarterback job in training camp. The veteran played for the Indianapolis Colts in 2024 after leading Cleveland to the playoffs in 2023.

The Browns likely don't have enough talent to make the playoffs in 2025. They are projected to win only six games. Trading either Bitonio or Teller could net Cleveland multiple future draft picks to build for the future.

The 2025 NFL trade deadline is on November 5 at 4:00 p.m. ET. It will be intriguing to see if the Browns trade Bitonio or Teller, two elite guards who are better suited to play for a contending franchise.
