The Cleveland Browns are clearly targeting this position in the NFL Draft.

The Cleveland Browns have needs all over their roster, but one of their most glaring holes is unquestionably at wide receiver.

Jerry Jeudy had a very disappointing season in 2025, Cedric Tillman was incredibly underwhelming and while Isaiah Bond appears to have potential, he is entirely unproven.

The Browns haven't added any notable wide receivers in free agency, so they will almost certainly be selecting one in the NFL Draft next month.

Cleveland owns a pair of first-round picks, so the Browns will likely use one of them on a wide out, and it could be Washington's Denzel Boston.

ESPN's Field Yates has reported that Cleveland is hosting Boston for a top-30 visit on Friday and that he expects the Browns to select an offensive tackle and a receiver with their first two picks.

Boston is one of the most impressive receivers in this draft class, even if his performance at the Scouting Combine wasn't all that eye-opening.

The 6-foot-4, 212-pound weapon hauled in 62 receptions for 881 yards and 11 touchdowns this past season, averaging a healthy 14.2 yards per catch.

Boston arrived at Washington back in 2022 and spent his entire collegiate career with the Huskies, breaking out in 2024 when he caught 63 passes for 834 yards and nine scores.

The South Hill, Wa. native is a classic X-receiver who would provide Shedeur Sanders with a big-bodied target in red-zone situations and would also represent a terrific complement to Jeudy.

Essentially, Boston would do everything that the Browns hoped to receive from Tillman, but Tillman has had trouble staying on the field and also has not been incredibly productive when he has actually played.

Boston tends to be a polarizing prospect. Some are enamored with him because of his size and catch radius, but others are concerned with his lack of top-end speed and inability to get separation downfield.

Regardless, there is no doubt that Boston is an intriguing talent because of his physical archetype, and it would not be shocking if Cleveland decided to take him with the No. 24 overall pick in the NFL Draft.

We'll see how Boston's visit goes with the Browns.
