Week 17 Clash becomes Bengals routing Cardinals

The Cincinnati Bengals delivered a dominating performance against the Arizona Cardinals, rolling to a 37-14 victory at Paycor Stadium. Arizona's defense could not find any answers for an explosive Bengals offense.

From the opening kickoff the Bengals imposed their will. Joe Burrow got into an early rhythm, found any one of his receivers he wanted on each throw, consistently moving the chains at will.

Burrow threw for 305 passing yards and two touchdowns, tying a franchise record for most 300-yard games in Bengals history. That record was previously held by Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton.

Cincinnati Bengals star receiver Ja'Marr Chase ended his touchdown drought as well as etching his name in the NFL history books. Chase had seven receptions for 60 yards and two touchdowns, becoming the first receiver in league history to record at least 80 catches, 1,000 yards, and seven touchdowns in each of his first five seasons.\

Same story as always for the Cardinals defense, the other side always has their way with them on the ground as well.

Cincinnati Bengals running back Chase Brown blew up for 101 rushing yards and two touchdowns. Brown was breaking tackles all game and his speed could not be stopped. The Cardinal's defense was guessing all game, could not decide or pick which weapon needed to be stopped.

There was the one consistent positive on the field for Arizona. Tight end Tre Mc'Bride made history of his own, with his 117 receptions on the year. Previous record was held by Ertz with 116, so Mc'Bride is the first tight end to ever have 117 in one single season.

The Cardinals were beat on every play and took multiple injuries in this game. Not just losing the game but star receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. left the game to not return.

Arizona will go to Los Angeles next week in hopes to upset the Rams and end the season with some momentum.
