All you could hear was the Rams fans in State Farm Stadium.

In a decisive Week 14 matchup, the Los Angeles Rams delivered a commanding performance over the Arizona Cardinals, pulling off a 45-17 victory on the road in Glendale. The Rams now share the lead in the NFC West.

It was obvious from the opening kickoff that the Rams were determined to make a statement in this game.

Arizona did strike first with an opening drive touchdown, giving the Cardinals a brief lead of 7-0. Los Angeles was not slow to strike back and once they did the Rams never looked back. The Rams scored 35 unanswered points from then on, Los Angeles was in control in every phase of the game.

Matthew Stafford produced one of his most efficient outings of this season. Stafford completed 22 of 31 passes for 281 yard and three touchdowns, throwing with precision and leadership under center.

Nacua and Stafford connection proved to be the lethal weapon that would be unstoppable by the Cardinals secondary. Matthew Stafford connected with Puka Nacua for 167 yards and two touchdowns.

Los Angeles was able to open up the passing game by using their dominate ground game to wear down the Cardinals defense. Running back Blake Corum ran like a freight train, racking up 128 rushing yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries. Late in the fourth quarter Corum busted out a 48-yard rushing touchdown to complete his rushing crusade.

Blake Corum was not the only running back for the Rams that had an explosive game. Kyren Williams contributed with 84 yards and a touchdown, as if the Cardinal defense had not been through enough already.

The Rams finished the game with a total of 249 rushing yards, the most dominate ground performance by Los Angeles this season.

Jacoby Brissett once again had a respectable performance ending in a loss this year. Brissett threw for 271 yards and two touchdowns, with only one interception.

The offense for Arizona continues to show flashes and promise as we continue to see in all these games the Cardinals end up losing.

Wide receiver Michael Wilson recorded 142 yards and two touchdowns from Brissett. The pressure on Jacoby Brissett from the Rams, forced him to throw the ball away or run for minimal yardage, and making the point again the offensive line is not healthy.

With this win the Rams go to 10-3 staying tied atop the NFC West and giving them a strong position in the playoff hunt.

For the Arizona Cardinals this marks the fifth straight loss and an overall record of 3-10.  The Cardinals have individual highlights that they can look at as positives, but an overall execution shows them how much work needs to be done.
