The win for Atlanta marked the first road win in Arizona since 2001, breaking the road streak struggle in the desert.
From the start of the game the Cardinals showed a ton of energy on both sides of the ball. Arizona struck first with a 50-yard field goal, surprising home fans with a productive drive to start the game.

By halftime the score was knotted at 16-16, setting the stage for an intense second half.
The Falcons went ahead in the third quarter as the field goal game continued. Gonzalez for Atlanta kicked another field, giving them the first lead of the game, 19-16.
Arizona Cardinals offense went from being efficient in the first half, struggled to sustain drives in the second half.

The Falcons end up winning this one 26-16 and showing some fight as they came back down early and came together to give the Cardinals another disappointing loss.
