The Chargers announced on Thursday that they have interviewed Shane Day and Marcus Brady for their open offensive coordinator position. Jim Harbaugh and Joe Hortiz will likely cast a wide net in their search to fill the job and now it is known that this will include in-house candidates. 

Shane Day is the Chargers’ current quarterbacks coach and has a very close relationship with Justin Herbert. Marcus Brady, the team’s passing game coordinator, was brought in with former offensive coordinator Greg Roman.
