With the Broncos still competing with the New England Patriots for the AFC #1 seed, it is very likely that the Chargers will finish their season 11-6.
That has Playoff implications, as they are currently the sixth seed. With a loss, and a Buffalo Bills win against the New York Jets, the Chargers will fall to the seventh seed and be slotted to face the Broncos or the Patriots in the Wildcard round (most likely the Patriots, due to Denver holding the tiebreaker advantage over them).
Thus, the Chargers look like they're on the way to playing the two best teams in the AFC in back to back weeks to potentially decide the finality of their season.
