Chargers franchise quarterback Justin Herbert is demonstrating his leadership with his work ethic. Despite news that he would be sitting out the season finale against the Broncos, Herbert continued his participation in practice. 

When asked by the media on Wednesday what Herbert’s reaction was to the news that he would miss Sunday’s game, Jim Harbaugh said, “Few words. Respected our decision. Not like it’s a week off, he was the last person to leave the building last night and one of the first in this morning. He’ll practice today.”
