With news that the Chargers are preparing to hire Mike McDaniel, it is difficult to not be excited about a pairing of him and Jim Harbaugh. The former Miami Dolphins frequently found himself trending on social media because of his awkward interviews and press conferences. 

Both men have eccentric personalities in their own way. It is almost hard to picture just how well the two will coexist. Coach Harbaugh loves winning, and as long as McDaniel does his part, notably building a top-notch offense, the two should get along just fine.
