The Chargers look to be receiving some offensive reinforcements in the form of rookie running back Omarion Hampton. According to various reports, the Chargers' 22nd overall pick out of UNC has had his 21-day practice window officially opened by the team after missing the last six games with an ankle injury.

In his five games before injury, the dual threat running back was a productive piece in the Chargers' early success, rushing 66 times for 314 yards and two touchdowns (including a 12 carry, 128 yard, 1 TD performance against the Giants in week four).

He also caught 20 of 22 passes for 136 yards, mainly due to a three-game stretch against the Broncos, Giants and Commanders where he caught 17 of 18 balls for 122 yards.

If fully reinstated, his first game would come this Sunday against the Las Vegas Raiders.
