The Texas A&M star could make sense for Los Angeles in the first round.

The Los Angeles Chargers are scheduled to host Texas A&M star WR KC Concepcion for a Top 30 visit, according to Ryan Fowler of Commanding The Huddle.

The 21-year-old has already met with or is scheduled to visit the following teams: the Miami Dolphins, Denver Broncos, Carolina Panthers, Tennessee Titans, Buffalo Bills and New England Patriots.

The Charlotte, NC, native spent the first two seasons of his three-year college career at NC State, where he earned ACC Rookie of the Year and ACC Offensive Rookie of the Year honors, along with second-team All-ACC recognition as a freshman in 2023. He totaled 124 receptions for 1,299 yards and 16 receiving touchdowns, while adding 356 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns on 60 carries, along with 45 yards on five punt returns over two seasons with the Wolfpack.

After transferring to Texas A&M for his final season, Concepcion didn’t miss a beat. He earned consensus All-America honors, was named first-team All-SEC at three positions—wide receiver, all-purpose and return specialist—and won the Paul Hornung Award, which recognizes the most versatile player in college football. He recorded 61 receptions for 919 yards and nine touchdowns, while adding 75 rushing yards and a touchdown on 10 carries, along with 456 yards and two touchdowns on 26 punt returns for the Aggies.

Concepcion recently attended the 2026 NFL Scouting Combine, where he measured six-foot, 196 pounds, with 30 1/4-inch arms and 9 1/4-inch hands. He did not participate in any timed athletic testing, such as the 40-yard dash or jumps, but impressed in pass-catching drills and made an impression on teams during interviews. He is unlikely to participate in Texas A&M’s pro day after undergoing a routine arthroscopic knee procedure performed by Dallas Cowboys team physician Dr. Daniel Cooper.

For the Chargers, the team has yet to re-sign veteran wideout Keenan Allen for a 13th season, and former first-round pick Quentin Johnston is entering the final year of his rookie contract. Adding a versatile playmaker like Concepcion would not only provide an immediate impact but also help address looming decisions surrounding the future of the wide receiver corps.

Along with Johnston, the room currently includes Ladd McConkey, Tre Harris, Derius Davis and KeAndre Lambert-Smith. Adding another weapon for franchise quarterback Justin Herbert and new offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel could make sense with the 22nd overall pick, and Concepcion has also proven he can be a key contributor as a return specialist.
