The Indianapolis Colts conclude their preseason on Saturday at home against the Detroit Lions.
According to head coach Shane Steichen, most of the Colts' starters will play, with some exceptions, such as quarterback Daniel Jones and running back Jonathan Taylor.
Anthony Richardson Sr. will get the start at quarterback and play the first quarter before giving way to Riley Leonard, who will play the second quarter. In the second half, Easton Stick will play.
Veteran defensive tackle DeForest Buckner, who had neck surgery last December, will play at least minimally, as will recent addition, wide receiver Keenan Allen.
The Lions are not anticipated to play their starters.

There are still a few key areas with decisions remaining for the Colts.
Richardson vs. Leonard is one of the most consequential battles as the QB2 race continues into the preseason's 11th hour. Richardson has still struggled with accuracy, footwork, and overall consistency, even as he proves capable of making the "wow!" plays. Leonard, meanwhile, seems to be putting a mental burden on himself rather than playing fast and loose as he did last year as a rookie.
At running back, how will the pecking order fall behind Taylor? Seth McGowan has easily had the most impressive camp, followed by Ulysses Bentley IV. Have both usurped DJ Giddens, who spent much of the latter portion of training camp dealing with a hamstring injury?
There are several depth spots on defense to be sorted out, such as the backup one-tech spot, the entire linebacker pecking order, and backup cornerback behind Sauce Gardner, Charvarius Ward Sr., and Justin Walley.
The Colts have one of the more high-quality kicking competitions occurring between Spencer Shrader and Blake Grupe, which has taken an interesting turn in the preseason. Grupe was significantly ahead of Shrader with his field goal percentage in practice all offseason, but Shrader is 4-of-4 in the preseason, whereas Grupe is 0-of-2.
